Your account

When you create a novscentea account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Using the platform

novscentea is provided for personal, non-commercial use — browsing, purchasing, and enjoying our catalogue and Book Club. By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law or regulation.
• Exploit or attempt to harm minors in any way.
• Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain messages through the Service.
• Impersonate novscentea, its staff, or any other person or entity.
• Infringe on others' rights or engage in fraudulent conduct, including placing fraudulent orders.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the Service without our consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Falsify or manipulate reviews or ratings.

Orders and payment

All transactions on novscentea are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details — our payment processor handles payment collection and passes us only a confirmation that your order has been paid for.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Naira (₦) and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but availability is confirmed only once your order is placed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Lagos (within city). 1–3 business days
• Other states within Nigeria. 3–7 business days
• Remote or interstate locations. 5–10 business days
• International (UK, US, Ghana, and other countries). 10–14 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. novscentea isn't liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including logistics-provider delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or other force majeure events. See our Refund Policy for what happens if a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery.

Data protection & NDPR compliance

novscentea is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. We only collect and process your data for lawful purposes — order fulfilment, customer service, and, where you've consented, marketing communications — and we never sell your personal data to third parties.
